Just returned from Catalina and conditions were the best I have seen in a long time. Flat seas with sunshine, 70 degrees on the surface and 67 degrees @60′. Visibility was great and as more than one diver in our group put it “it’s like diving in an aquarium”. We were not treated to anything big but with the outstanding visiblity and tons of fish the diving was as good as it gets. Don’t get to wear my 3mm wetsuit very often in Catalina but I sure took advantage of it this weekend! Congratulations to Kathy & Jim who completed their PADI Open Water Diver certification, Taryn, John Tristan and Troy who completed their NAUI Open Water Certification. Alex even completed a few more dives towards his Advance Diver certification. Great diving with all of you, I look forward to more dive trips with you!
